THE PUBLICATION

The odds are only the beginning.

Prediction Talks is an independent English-language publication about prediction markets, written for curious readers and builders.

What we're here to do

A price can be interesting without being conclusive. We explain the contract behind a number, the evidence behind a headline, and the practical steps behind a useful tool. Our coverage includes Kalshi, Polymarket, event-contract mechanics, public APIs, and community projects.

How we work

  • Primary sources first. Platform documentation and announcements are linked. A platform's claim is attributed to the platform rather than presented as independent proof.
  • Dates that mean something. We distinguish when an event happened from when we wrote about it. An update date changes only after a substantive editorial revision.
  • Useful original work. We write our own guides and commentary. Community resources link to their original creators; we do not invent contributor identities or copy full posts.
  • Clear evidence boundaries. A code example may be tested against public data; that is not proof of profitable trading. We label examples, assumptions, simulations, and unverified claims.

Offers don't decide the story

Prediction Talks may publish referral links. An eligible signup can generate a reward for the publisher. We identify those links and link to offer terms; amounts, eligibility and deadlines can vary. Read our referral disclosure.

Editorial ownership and corrections

Articles signed “Prediction Talks” are desk-authored editorial work. They are not testimonials from independent traders. Sources are linked at the end of every article so readers can inspect the evidence. Corrections are made in the article, with its substantive update date.

Independent, with limitations

We are not affiliated with Kalshi or Polymarket. We do not provide personalized trading, legal, or tax advice. Event contracts can lose their entire purchase cost. This site does not execute trades or ask readers for exchange keys or wallet credentials.
