If your Kalshi code is attached but the bonus has not appeared, entering the code again is usually the wrong question to investigate. Work out whether the offer is still waiting for qualifying activity, an available claim action, or a credit to the correct product.
This guide follows Kalshi's documented claim workflow, checked October 21, 2026. It does not establish that an account qualifies for any particular reward. For comparing an offer before signing up, start with the Kalshi bonus and promo-code guide.
Identify which reward you are claiming
There are two sides to a referral. The signup reward belongs to the person who joined through an offer. The referrer reward belongs to the person who invited that user. A screenshot from one side does not establish the other person's amount or progress.
Write down three things: the offer name, your role, and the product. That small record prevents a common support mix-up: someone looking for a Predictions signup credit is following instructions for an inviter's perps reward.
If no code is attached at all, use the code-not-working checklist. That is an attribution problem. If the code is present, continue with the offer's requirements.
Compare completed activity with the offer
Open the offer and inspect the unfinished steps. Check whether it calls for identity verification, eligibility checks or qualifying activity before a deadline. Match the activity to the product and to the offer's start and end dates.
A deposit confirmation proves a transfer was initiated or completed. It does not prove that a trade happened. An order submitted to the market also does not, by itself, show the amount executed. Keep the actual activity record rather than relying on the account balance alone.
For example, imagine an offer that explicitly requires $25 of qualifying executed activity. A $25 deposit followed by a $10 execution would leave $15 of that example's requirement incomplete. This is an illustrative calculation, not a statement that every Kalshi offer has a $25 threshold.
Claim a signup reward when the action is available
Kalshi's general referral FAQ points the new user to Explore, then the bonus progress card and its See all steps action. Offers that require a claim display an unlock action when available. Complete the remaining prompts and check whether a credit appears.
Some rewards are applied automatically, so an already credited reward does not need another claim. If the unlock control is unavailable, return to the listed requirements and deadline rather than assuming the button is broken. Screens and labels may differ by campaign.
Check the inviter's side separately
For the Predictions referral example in Kalshi's FAQ, the inviter opens Your rewards, selects the Predictions referral offer and inspects the invited friend's entry. That entry can show progress or an available unlock action.
An invited name appearing in a list is evidence of an invitation record, not proof that every payout check is complete. Ask which step the entry actually shows as unfinished. Do not create another account or manufacture activity to work around a condition.
Look in the correct credit history
For a Predictions credit, the official FAQ directs app users to Portfolio, Predictions, then Credit. On the website it points to Activity and Credit. Compare the issue date, amount and offer with what you expected.
Perps campaigns use a different balance. Kalshi's perps help page says their promotional credits go to the perps account and are not transferable between Predictions and perps. Its timing guidance is also product-specific: do not copy a perps waiting period onto every Predictions promotion.
If a credit is present but cash-out is unavailable, the next task is to examine bonus withdrawal rules, rather than repeating signup steps.
Give support a precise, private record
Keep the offer link or code, account-creation time, exact unfinished step, relevant activity time and the message displayed. Contact Kalshi through its official support channel. Share sensitive account details privately with support, not in a public Reddit comment.
Describe the state in one sentence: “My code is attached, the offer shows the activity complete, but the unlock action is unavailable.” That is more actionable than “my bonus disappeared,” and it preserves the difference between a claim problem and a withdrawal restriction.
